Participants are Strictly prohibited from Live streaming any of their events or events of others in any X-Gen Games Tournament.
The Official Tournament Live Stream will be held on the X-Gen Games YouTube and Twitch Channels.
Participants are allowed to record their Perspective (POV) in events for YouTube or other social media posts;
Recordings of Semi & Grand Finale's are strictly Prohibited from being Uploaded until 1 week after the events Official live stream has taken place.
Participants must attain a minimum age of 15 years.
Participants must individually own a copy of the “TOM CLANCY'S RAINBOW SIX SIEGE” game and are strictly prohibited from sharing their account with other players.
Participants are obligated to align with adjustments in event schedules and ensure their presence at the tournament in accordance with the specified timing.
Participants are obligated to possess devices equipped for video and audio capabilities. The video and audio functionalities of participants must be consistently active throughout the identity verification process or the entirety of the event, as per the specifications outlined by the organizers.
Team Representative: Each team must appoint 1 member as the team representative (i.e., team captain) endowed with ultimate decision-making authority and comprehensive rights for team affairs.
Participants: A roster of 5 members.
Substitute Participants: Between 0 and 2 members.
Team Manager: Between 0 and 1, authorized to assist in managing team-related matters. (Prohibited from simultaneous participation as a contestant)
Coach: Between 0 and 1, in teams with registered coaches, tactical pauses during the match must be initiated by the coach. In teams without a coach, the team representative may propose a pause.
Team Requirements
At any stage of the competition, teams are strictly prohibited from fielding less than five players for any reason. Teams falling short of five players will be rendered ineligible for participation in the scheduled matches for that day.
Teams may not, under any circumstances, alter team composition and in-game aliases without explicit consent from the organizers. Should modifications be necessary post-registration deadline, teams must secure approval from the organizers, adhering to the prescribed procedure and furnishing requisite documentation.
Participants are obliged to verify the alignment of their in-game aliases with the registered information. Failure to comply, where the in-game name diverges from the registered details at the commencement of the competition, will result in disqualification. In the absence of a substitute, leading to a team with fewer than five players, the team will face sanctions in accordance with 6.4.1 of the competition regulations.
Duplicate Registration
Participants are forbidden from concurrently enlisting in more than two teams or serving as a member of multiple competing teams.
Throughout the group stage, participants' in-game aliases must adhere to the specified format:

In-game aliases are constrained to a character limit of 4 to 15 characters, inclusive of team abbreviations.
In-game aliases must eschew spaces or hyphens (-).
In-game aliases necessitate the inclusion of a period (.) preceding the team abbreviation.
Player Aliases can include the team abbreviation in the following format:
PLAYERALIAS.TAGS (E.G., 4GAMERSOB1.4G)
Team Abbreviation (Tags) Regulations
Team abbreviations must exclusively comprise uppercase letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), and numbers (0-9).
Team abbreviations are mandated to encompass a minimum of 2 characters, MAXIMUM OF 4 Characters.
Team abbreviations are proscribed from incorporating spaces, underscores (_), or hyphens (-).
Team abbreviations must unequivocally be distinctive and non-repetitive in international competitions."
Organizer approval is required for in-game aliases, and the organizers maintain the authority to reject specific names. The organizers may, for any reason (including ensuring the appropriateness of in-game aliases for display within the gaming environment), enforce modifications to names.
Upon organizer’s approval, participants must furnish substantiating proof of alias changes following the organizers' stipulated procedures.
In-game aliases, team names, and team abbreviations are strictly prohibited from including, but not limited to, the following content:
Any language deemed offensive, vulgar, obscene, insulting, or aggressive.
Content related to sensitive or controversial topics.
Verbal expressions that malign or defame others.
Any content that may cause confusion or disturbance.
Registration Information
Registration will be done through https://www.xgen-games.com. Teams wishing to participate in any day of the Qualifier must complete registration.
The registration limit for teams is 128. Registration will close once this limit is reached.

Registration Guidelines
Any discrepancy between the personal information provided during registration and actual details may result in the participant's disqualification, impacting their eligibility and prize entitlement. No modifications to the information will be permitted throughout the tournament proceedings.
In the event of team forfeitures or inaccuracies or omissions in the provided information during the registration period, team captains will receive official notification via email after the registration deadline. Teams are required to rectify the identified issues within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to comply will lead to removal from the registered list, with substitution by a standby team.
Post the registration deadline, teams are prohibited from altering their registration details. All registration information will be conclusively based on the data captured by the organizers at the registration deadline. Any disparities between the team's information and the organizer's records will result in immediate disqualification from the tournament.
The final two teams in the qualifiers must submit their team logos to the tournament email before the broadcast of the final on the same day, for use by the organizers in the broadcast. If the team logos are not prepared and submitted, the organizers will use substitute materials provided by the tournament for display.
Team Logo Format Guidelines:
Submission of a PNG is mandatory. In the absence of a PNG, teams must submit a JPeg file with a minimum resolution of 1000X1000 pixels.
The team logo must feature a transparent background.
Prohibited content within the logo includes, but is not limited to:
I. Any language deemed offensive, vulgar, obscene, insulting, or aggressive.
II. Content related to sensitive or controversial topics.
III. Verbal expressions that malign or defame others.
IV. Any content that may cause confusion or disturbance.
In the event of non-compliance with usage requirements, the organizers retain the authority to make necessary adjustments.
Teams advancing to the team matches are required to submit their team logo to the designated tournament e-mail: **Admin@xgen-games.com**
Teams that lose their eligibility or voluntarily forfeit the competition will forfeit all event prize money and rewards.
Tournament prize money will be transferred via PayPal.
Teams are required to designate the recipient of the rewards, and any disputes that arise after the confirmation and disbursement of rewards will be the teams' responsibility.
Teams are obligated to comply with the organizers' operational guidelines and submit required data within the assigned timeframe. The teams will be held accountable for any mistakes, delays, or failure to submit data that prevents them from receiving event rewards.
The prize money is governed by the taxation laws of the Australian Taxation Office. Ten percent will be withheld from winnings in competitive events, contests, lotteries, or other sources, and foreign teams will receive their payments after deducting the required taxes and fees in accordance with tax regulations.

Participants bear the responsibility of procuring their own gaming equipment and ensuring the integrity, security, and connectivity of their devices and networks.
Participants must have video equipment readily available.
Participants are obligated to update the game to the latest version before the scheduled match.
Teams, during check-in, must have Video/Audio equipment prepared for identity verification for all five participating members.
Participants failing to complete or pass the identity verification process will be rendered ineligible to participate in the event.
During the Match
Reporting Anomalies
Any unexpected situations during the match must be promptly communicated to the referee, and participants are obligated to accept the judgments made by the organizers without dispute.
Anti-Cheating Measures [Team Matches, Playoffs]
Team Voice Communication: Participants must exclusively utilize the designated voice channel specified by the organizers for team communication. The organizers will oversee and maintain recordings as backups.
Recordings will be managed and maintained by the organizers.
Player Substitution
During the playoffs, teams are granted a single opportunity to substitute participating players when transitioning between maps.
Substitution of Players
Once a team has started a match, player substitutions are not allowed. The lineup at the start of the match will be considered final, and no changes to the team members will be permitted during the match.
Qualifier
The Qualifiers will take place over four days, with up to 128 registered teams advancing 1 team per day to the Finals. The Qualifier matches will be conducted online.
The event organizers will schedule matches based on the number of teams that complete registration for the day. Teams that do not complete registration within the designated time will be considered as forfeiting their participation for that day's matches. Teams that do not attend on a given day may still participate in the following day's / week's Qualifier (if applicable).
Teams advancing to the Grand Final are not allowed to participate in subsequent Qualifier events and will be automatically removed from the Qualifier list.
The final match of the qualifiers will be broadcast, and the winner will advance to the finals.
The Qualifier stage is an online event.
The Qualifier stage will follow a single-elimination format.
In the Qualifier stage, matches will use a BO1 (Best of 1) format, with a single map determining the outcome.
Match results must be reported by teams. The victorious team in each match is responsible for providing victory screenshots through Email & Discord for match progression and verification.
Each match comprises 12 rounds, with the first team reaching 7 round victories declared as the winner.
In the event of a 6:6 tie, an overtime period will be implemented.
Overtime consists of 3 rounds, and the first team to secure 2 rounds emerges as the victor.
Teams alternate between attacking and defending sides in each overtime round.
Grand Final
The Finals will be contested by the teams that advanced from the previous two weeks
The Semi Final will feature matchups randomly assigned by the organizer.
The Finals stage will follow a single-elimination format.
In the Finals stage, matches will use a BO3 (Best of 3) format.
The Playoff matches will be officiated by referees and observed through broadcasting. Participants are required to utilize the designated event channel for voice communication and enable video streaming, which will be recorded by the organizers throughout the entire match.
Each match consists of 12 rounds, with the team securing 7 round victories declared as the winner.
In the event of a 6:6 tie, an overtime period will be instituted.
Overtime comprises 3 rounds, and the first team to secure 2 rounds will be declared the winner.
Teams will alternate between attacking and defending sides in each overtime round.
Participants must attain a minimum age of 15 years.

Participants are to Email a copy of their deck to MTGEntry@xgen-games.com 48 hours before the 1st match is to be commenced. Players are prohibited from changing decks between bouts.
